Shipment Method Details
Our primary shipping carriers are UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is via Ground or USPS Priority Mail, with delivery typically ranging from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location relative to our shipping center.

Standard Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Rush Orders: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days will ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

Order processing includes: Credit card verification and inventory check.
For products over 100 lbs or marked as oversized, shipping rates are calculated individually. One of our associates will contact you for approval before processing the order.

Orders using these services must be placed for in-stock items before 3:00 PM EST for same-day shipping.
We also support FedEx shipping and bulk freight options for large orders. If you require one of these or have specific shipping needs, please reach out to us at info@horangi.com.
💰 Shipping Charges: We charge actual carrier rates with no additional handling fees. You’ll only pay our discounted commercial shipping rates.
Shipping Rules & Exceptions
Alternate Addresses:
For your protection, your shipping address, phone number, and email must be verified with your credit card company. To avoid order delays or cancellations, please add alternate addresses to your card before ordering.
Address Corrections:
If you need to correct your shipping address after the order is placed, please contact us at info@horangi.com. Address corrections after shipment may be subject to a $10 carrier correction fee.
⚠️ UPS does not authorize address changes directly. All changes must go through Horangi Support.
Incomplete Orders:
We generally wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping. In cases where items ship directly from a distributor, those products may arrive separately. If you prefer to split shipments, contact us at info@horangi.com.
Drop Shipments
Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. These are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on the supplier’s policies. If your order seems delayed or you need tracking info, please contact us.
International Shipments
We currently ship internationally to approved countries. However, certain products (e.g., those with licensing restrictions) may not be eligible for international delivery.

Restricted Countries: We cannot ship to Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, or Syria.

Verification Delays: International orders may require 48–72 hours for credit card verification and identity checks.

Duties & Taxes: All international customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Refusing the package does not waive these fees.
Warranty Notice: Most manufacturer warranties are only valid within the United States. We can assist international customers with U.S.-based warranty service, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Signature Requirements
Orders containing high-value items may require an adult signature upon delivery.
